New Hire

The New Hire automation, which adds successful applicants to the Aurion payroll platform, is available to customers whether or not they use Aurion’s Web Recruitment function.

It gives the new employee’s manager the ability to enter basic onboarding information before they commence, including personal, occupancy, work pattern and taxation details.

Standard employment documents such as a resume, contract, and TFN Declaration form can be uploaded, and the process will auto-generate Aurion User access, a probation due date and email notifications about the organisation’s key resources.

HR and Payroll has the opportunity to validate the onboarding details provided before the employee is committed for payment.
