COVID-19 update from Aurion Executive General Manager, Kathryn Wilson
As a valued customer of Aurion Corporation I want to update you on everything we are doing to help prevent and control the transmission of COVID-19 (coronavirus), while minimising disruption to our operations.
We communicated on March 18th the precautionary actions we were enacting as part of our business continuity plan (attached to this announcement below), which included requesting our people work from home where possible; and we have well-established tools and procedures to handle off-site operations.
As a further precautionary measure, we are announcing that from today onwards (March 30th), Aurion’s customer service engagements will be conducted remotely, until further notice.
This includes professional service engagements, demonstrations, and operational meetings.
While it means our physical office spaces will temporarily close, it’s business as usual at Aurion – our employees are focused on supporting you and your teams with service requests and new features.
In these trying times, everyone at Aurion is embracing the new normal (from a safe distance), and we’re looking at new ways of delivering our quality service to you online, including blended learning packages, end of financial year webinars, year-end virtual consulting, and even a virtual event for the Aurion Community!
We’d also like to remind you that we can support your payroll team at short notice, however you access the Aurion solution: through a hosted service, in the Aurion Cloud, or as a managed payroll service.
From all of us here at Aurion, thank you for your overwhelming support and understanding as we, like many other businesses, switch to remote working.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to me or your Client Advocate.
